Every single month is challenging. I up the volume when I feel fit. This book is legendary and has motivated me to take on the kettlebell sport.

I finished the first (HIBB) book and went straight to the second. Amazing results when you add in a great diet and live in your pain cave. Money well spent and probably would have paid double for the second if you asked.
I bought Ryan’s “30 days of Kettlebell Workouts” ebook and LOVE it. The workouts are intense, varied, and effective. Definitively worth the purchase. I can’t wait to dig into his HIIBB books next.
I feel like I finally have found the perfect workout program for me. I get bored easily by just lifting and I kept getting injured doing CrossFit. This is perfect - High intensity, but I’m getting sensational strength workouts every day. Absolutely loving it!!
