This program is a full body training program with an emphasis on glute growth. You can combine it with one day per week from either my Full Body Aesthetics program or a conditioning program, along with daily activity stuff like hiking, biking, walking, or whatever else you love to do!Â
You will automatically have access to this program as a member!
This challenge is completely different. This is primarily a workout-based challenge with supplementary nutrition, whereas the EYC & MCGA are primarily nutrition challenges with supplementary or optional workouts. Everyone will be following the same programming for this challenge.
