Winners will be chosen by the CHALK Team simply by the before and after photo. So gaining muscle, losing fat, and overall transformations will all be taken into account. After years of doing this, I have decided that calipers and body-fat measuring tactics have too much variability. A photo is best, trust me! Every week I will do a Facebook LIVE video to answer questions and provide additional helpful tips. If you miss it, I will also send it out via email to the entire group.
