One of the things we improved was that originally the equations built were based on work exclusively done on a treadmill… Well, that’s not ideal because as athletes we work on treadmills, ski-ergs, rowers and bikes. This changes the game considerably. So with Dark Horse II, we’ve taken athletes that were part of the program originally, and now get a look at them when they’re being tested not only on treadmills but also on this other devices, and so we’ve refined the program based on these findings.
